Customer Warranty

Crafted Bean is dedicated to sourcing, producing and supplying the highest quality coffee and coffee related items possible. We ensure that proper care is taken at all stages to bring you products that we know you will love. Should there be a problem or fault with your order we offer a 14day money back guarantee (excluding shipping costs) from the date of your purchase.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee our return policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase. Please notify us straight away by contacting hello@craftedbean.com.au with proof of purchase and the details of the fault/concern.

If a return is required we will notify you once it has been received and whether your return has been approved for a credit/exchange or full refund in the unlikely event of a major fault or defect in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the costs of shipping the returned item/s. We recommend that a tracking service be used when returning items as we are unable to issue a refund for items not received.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from notification of approval. And will match your original payment method. Please notify us if you have not received your payment, allowing for processing time from your financial provider.

Privacy Policy

Crafted Bean will only use the details we collect for the purpose in which they were submitted. These details are for our own use only and under no circumstances will be supplied to any other institution or person for any purpose unless required by law. We will use your customer information to process your order and, if requested, provide you with email updates from time to time.

Security

Crafted Bean uses eWay for payment processing. eWay secures all customer and credit card data with military grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available.  eWAY is tier-one PCI DSS compliant—as externally audited by Stratsec (QSA)—ensuring the highest security standards set by Visa and MasterCard.

Delivery

Crafted Bean uses Australia Post to ship Australia wide. We provide a standard Parcel Post delivery option for a flat $10 fee Australia wide that should arrive in 2 or more business days. We also offer an Express Post (next business day) option for those coffee emergencies for an extra $5. Crafted Bean guarantees the maximum delivery time for stocked items are seven business days from when the payment is received in full. Crafted Bean tracks each parcel sent. A tracking number can be supplied on request.

Subscription orders are consolidated and shipped on a Tuesday. New subscription orders are first shipped at the time the subscription order was placed and payment received and then:

  • Weekly – the first available Tuesday and then each Tuesday thereafter until the subscription has ceased.
  • Fortnightly – the second available Tuesday from order and then each second Tuesday thereafter until the subscription has ceased.
  • Monthly – the first Tuesday of every Month until the subscription has ceased.

Crafted Bean reserves the right to change our delivery service provider at our discretion. If this occurs these terms and conditions will be updated immediately, and any ongoing subscription customers will be notified beforehand.
